- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have yet to go to the office , I was just able to make my first appointment for 3 weeks from now. Today is the first day anyone has answered the phones at that office. I called for a month straight countless of times. I remembered their office hours and everything so I could just speak to someone to make an appointment . I also left many many voicemails with my name and phone number and never got contacted back. I even went online to submit an online appointment form and was still never contacted. I'm very thankful that I got an appointment finally but I was told by the receptionist that she's the only one that answers phones and listens to voicemails. So that's something that needs to be fixed if she isn't fully reviewing the voicemails or if the voicemails are being lost. I hope my experience with the employees will be better in person.
