  Dr. Calvert killed at least one patient and almost killed at least one other because of his extremely poor medical care as documented by the Oregon Medical Board. This information is available at the Oregon Medical Board's website or you can contact them for it. The Oregon Medical Board also documented that Dr. Calvert overused and inappropriately used opiates and other drugs within his patient population. He misdiagnosed multiple patients with rheumatological diseases that they didn't have. An example of this is on the Oregon Medical Boards website where they document that Dr. Calvert diagnosed a patient with Lupus even though their tests were negative for this disease and a specialist in Rheumatology confirmed that the patient didn't have Lupus. Dr. Calvert continued to treat the patient with opiates, marijuana, steroids and methotrexate and the patient almost died. Unfortunately, the Oregon Medical Board fully reinstated Dr. Calvert's medical license even before he had even begun the remediation program put forth by the Board for his grievous mistakes, Regrettably, Dr. Calvert had already ruined many of his patient's and their family's lives, but also many physician's and their family's lives acting as an expert witness for the Oregon Medical Board in these same medical specialties that he isn't even trained in. Shame on the Oregon Medical Board, who has no governmental oversight, for their horrific performance and the damage they and Dr. Calvert have caused to so many in the state of Oregon.
